Quotations Invited for Online Vice President Election 2022
The All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) is conducting Online Election in the month of May 2022. In this connection, reputed service providers invite quotations to manage the entire online election as per the scope of work mentioned in our RFP. Only service providers who have prior experience of such large-scale voting and have experience of working in coordination may please quote.
Please submit your proposal & final negotiable quotation by 25th April 2022 (Monday), 7:00 pm on the email Id : aioselection@aios.org
The quotations received will be opened on a virtual platform (Zoom). The date, time, and zoom link will be intimated to the tenderers in due course.
The finalization of the quotation will be the sole discretion of the officers in whose presence the quotations will be opened.
