Event: 40th Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Congress in conjunction with 83rd Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmological Society (APAO-AIOS 2025)

Date: 3rd to 6th April 2025

Venue: Yashbhoomi – India International Convention and Expo Centre, New Delhi

Introduction:

The All-India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) is organizing its 83rd Annual Conference in Collaboration with APAO (APAO-2025) from 3rd to 06th April 2025 at Yashbhoomi - India International Convention and Expo Centre, New Delhi.

In this connection, quotations are invited from reputed service providers for PCO / Tentage / Audio Visual as per the scope of work mentioned in our RFP. Only service providers who have prior experience covering such large-scale events may please quote.

Scope of Work:

Eligibility Criteria:

• The bidder must have prior experience in managing large-scale events, particularly conferences of national or international importance.
• The bidder must provide proof of past assignments of a similar nature, including event details, client references, and work photographs/videos.
• The bidder should have all necessary certifications and licenses for carrying out the required work.

Submission Guidelines:

• Quotations should include:
• Detailed cost breakdown for the services offered as per attached RFP
• A brief overview of the team and equipment to be deployed.

• Quotations must be submitted on or before December 31, 2024

Selection Process: AIOS will evaluate the quotations based on the following:

• Compliance with the scope of work.
• Relevant experience and expertise.
• Cost competitiveness.
• References and feedback from previous clients.

Tender Opening:

The finalization of the tender will be the sole discretion of the officers in whose presence the negotiation is done.
