Details of Trade Exhibition
- Venue: Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) - a 42-acre, world-class, fully air-conditioned, IGBC Platinum-certified green campus.
- Trade Area: International-standard, access-controlled halls adjacent to the Registration Area, Dining Hall, and Scientific Halls, ensuring maximum delegate engagement.
- Setup and Schedule: Fabricated (major) stalls may begin setup 48 hours before the event; Occupation from 9:00 AM on March 12, 2026; bump-out by 5:00 PM on March 15, 2026.
- Exhibition Hours: March 12–14 (8:30 AM–6:00 PM), March 15 (8:00 AM–2:00 PM).
- Facilities: Dedicated exhibitor facilitation desk, security, cleaning, climate control, and water supply.
- Categories: Super Prime, Prime, Corner, and Normal stalls.
- Customization: Customized sponsored pavilions can be created based on your specific requirements.
