Event: 84th Annual Conference of All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOC 2026)

Date: 12th to 15th March 2026

Venue: Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre, Jaipur

Introduction:

The All-India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) is organizing its 84th Annual Conference from 12th to 15th March at Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre, Jaipur

In this connection, quotations are invited from reputed service providers for Tentage / Audio Visual as per the scope of work mentioned in our RFP. Only service providers who have prior experience covering such large-scale events may please quote.

Scope of Work:

Eligibility Criteria:

• The bidder must have prior experience in managing large-scale events, particularly conferences of national or international importance.
• The bidder must provide proof of past assignments of a similar nature, including event details, client references, and work photographs/videos.
• The bidder should have all necessary certifications and licenses for carrying out the required work.

Submission Guidelines:

• Quotations should include:
• Detailed cost breakdown for the services offered as per attached RFP
• A brief overview of the team and equipment to be deployed.

• Quotations must be submitted on or before January 20, 2026, by 05:00 PM
• Submission should be sent to aiosoffice@aios.org / secretary@aios.org

Selection Process: AIOS will evaluate the quotations based on the following:

• Compliance with the scope of work.
• Relevant experience and expertise.
• Cost competitiveness.
• References and feedback from previous clients.

Tender Opening:

The finalization of the tender will be the sole discretion of the officers in whose presence the negotiation is done.
