The 82nd Annual Conference of the All-India Ophthalmological Society will be held in Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata from March 14-17, 2024. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed trade partners for their generous contributions to the AIOS conferences in the past in general, and for AIOC Mumbai, 2022, AIOS Kochi 2023 in specific.

This meeting is likely to be attended by over 8000 delegates, including about 1000 delegates from the neighboring countries.  This event will give you a unique opportunity to showcase your company, its profile, and its products besides engaging in social interactions.

Here are the details of the extensive trade exhibition that we are planning at Kolkata:

1. Venue: Biswa Bangla Convention Centre.

2. Trade Area Location: Permanent international-standard purpose-built centrally air-conditioned access-controlled trade exhibition halls with assured footfall of all the delegates and in close proximity to the Registration Area, Dining Hall and Scientific Halls.

3. Bump-in for set-up would be allowed for fabricated stalls (Major Stalls) 48 hours before the event.

4. The exhibition area will be open for occupation by the traders from 9:00 am on March 13, 2024.

5. All the stall holders will have to vacate the area and bump-out by 5:00 pm on March 17, 2024.

6. Exhibition hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM from March 14-16 and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on March 17.

7. Adequate aisle space will be provided between the exhibition stalls

8. Exhibitor facilitation desk, general security, cleaning, climatization and provision of water will be arranged by AIOS.
