After a streamlined sanitisation process through multimodal communications - email, SMS, WhatsApp, letter, SpeedPost, Tele-calling, and finally an advertisement in national newspapers, we now have an updated list with 24241 ratified AIOS members.

There are 22900 members with unique email ID and mobile number, who will be able to receive an e-ballot and OTP and vote online. Members are requested to check their registered mobile number and email ID from their AIOS Member Dashboard and let us know changes, if any, by February 22, 5:00 PM. We will also send you a separate email with your registered email ID and mobile number to cross-check.

The voters list is now available for final peer scrutiny by the AIOS members on www.aios.org. If there are any objections, please email secretary@aios.org with due justifications and supporting documentation by February 22, 2024 5:00 pm. The final list will be submitted to the Election Committee immediately thereafter.
There are 1341 members with incomplete contact details who will not be able to vote online unless they provide a copy of their ID proof, email ID and mobile number by February 22, 5:00 PM.

There are 531 international members.The byelaws allow international members to vote if they have an Indian passport and an Indian mobile number. Such members can email a copy of the biographical pages of their Indian passport, email ID and Indian mobile number (to receive an OTP) to secretary@aios.org by February 22, 5:00 PM IST to be eligible to vote in the AIOS Elections 2024.
