Following a comprehensive and streamlined sanitisation process conducted through multimodal communication—including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Letter and Speed Post—the draft voters list was uploaded on the website and circulated for member scrutiny. We have now received and reviewed all feedback and update requests submitted within the stipulated timeline of December 10, 2025. Accordingly, the Second Draft Voters List has been uploaded for further scrutiny, if any.

At present, 26,185 members with unique email IDs and mobile numbers will be eligible to receive an e-ballot and OTP to vote online. Members are requested to verify their registered email ID and mobile number from their AIOS Member Dashboard and inform us of any further changes by December 31, 2025, 5:00 PM. A separate email will also be sent to each member providing their registered contact details for cross-verification.

The voters list is now available on www.aios.org for final peer scrutiny by AIOS members. If there are any objections, members may email treasurer@aios.org with appropriate justification and supporting documentation by December 31, 2025, 5:00 PM. The final list will be submitted to the Election Committee immediately thereafter.

There are 1,145 members with incomplete contact details who will not be able to vote online unless they submit a copy of their ID proof along with a valid email ID and mobile number by December 31, 2025, 5:00 PM.

There are 568 international members. As per the byelaws, international members are eligible to vote only if they hold an Indian passport and possess an Indian mobile number. Such members may email a copy of the biographical pages of their Indian passport, their email ID and Indian mobile number (for OTP) to treasurer@aios.org by December 31, 2025, 5:00 PM IST to be eligible to vote in the AIOS Elections 2026.
