The All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) is organizing its 3rd Mid Term Conference from  October 25 – 27 2024 at Hyatt Regency Dehradun. In this connection, quotations are invited from reputed service providers for Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) and Accommodation Partner as per the scope of work mentioned in our RFP. Only service providers who have prior experience covering such large-scale events and having experience of working in coordination may please quote.

Tender Opening date, time will be intimated to the bidders in due course.

The finalization of the tender will be the sole discretion of the AIOS Office Bearers in whose presence the negotiation is done.
